What is your return policy?
Each photobox is custom-made and so we do not offer any refunds. All sales are final unless there is damage to or a problem with the photobox. In these rare cases, Sugarboo Designs MUST be notified within 48 hours of your receiving the photobox in order to address any issues.

What is your cancellation policy?
If you decide you need to cancel an order, it must be within 7 ­ 10 days of placing the initial order. After that time period, the photobox(es) have already been put into production and cannot be cancelled.

What is the policy for adding to an order?
If the order was placed 7 - 10 days prior to the addition, a new order will have to be placed.
